The Jobs that AI(Artificial Intelligence) Cannot Replace

INTRODUCTION

Artificial Intelligence is playing a major role in various sectors. It is being used in majority of fields. In Software Industry it is being trained to perform various activities and the code is also developed later programmed in Machine.
Given that ChatGPT and other forms of generative AI create their output by synthesizing what they find on the internet.
If we just asked ChatGPT this question: “What jobs will AI be unable to replace?”
Within seconds it has whizzed out a 275-word answer. When I asked it to edit its answer down to under 50 words, it was a lot slower. A lot, lot slower.

Why Artificial Intelligence Can't Replace Humans at Work Infographic T – Infografolio

OVERVIEW OF JOBS THAT AI CANNOT REPLACE
  • Jobs Requiring human Interaction and Empathy
  • Creative and Artistic Professions
  • Complex Decision - Making and Critical Thinking
  • Jobs Requiring Emotional Intelligence
  • Medical Professionals and Athletes
*Jobs Requiring human Interaction and Empathy
Here human Interaction is must and should needed and interactions between the people are necessary which AI can't able to do in efficient way. AI can't replace the jobs are for some better solutions. we need to involve providing mental health support, counselling and therapy require empathy.
Some of them are
  • Counselling And Therapy Roles
  • Customer Services and Support Positions
  • Social Work and Community Services
In Counselling and Therapy Roles we need interact with the people directly. And here we need to understand the problem statement and analyse in the proper way.34,400+ Counseling Illustrations, Royalty-Free Vector Graphics & Clip Art - iStock | Counselor, Therapy, Family counseling
3. In Social Works and Community Projects we need to involve both the people and Technology so that we can find a better way which can be helpful to people. And cannot perform these tasks.
*Creative and Artistic Professions

In these professions we need to think creatively and creative new ideas to explore and show a better results to the worlds.
Few of them are
  • Artists And Designers
  • Musicians And Performers
  • Writers And Content Creators
Artists are the ones who sees the world in a different way. They always try to draw / represent an art in naturalistic way. These people have many ideas and angles to draw a single Object. Designers are the ones who always try to create something new and recreate the existing things. Musicians And performs are the ones who always try to sing/ play in their own styles. And Performers try their level best to show their acting skills in better way.

*Complex Decision - Making And Critical Thinkin
  • Research Scientists and Engineers
  • Legal Professionals and Judges
Research Scientists are the ones who try to invent new things which is needs logically thinking. But AI can help in Technical wise not in logically Thinking. Engineers and Scientists always try to solve the problems and invent new inventions.

Legal Professionals are ready to serve the society. And Judges are there to help us in knowing the Rights to common people and to remember us to become a responsible Citizen.

*Medical Professionals and Athletes
Medical Professionals are always ready to help the society not only in medical emergency. This field need physically, mentally, psychologically be prepared to check the patient and save their lives
Their job is the important factor to save lives which can't be handled by AI.

Athletes are the ones who always take the life as challenges. They are ready at any point of time to compete and win a medal for the country. They are the sports personalities who puts a lot of effort to compete with other.

CONCLUSION
AI needs to be incorporated into that community-wide system, with clear lines of communication between human and automated decision-makers. At the end of the day, the success of the field will be measured by how it has empowered all people, not by how efficiently machines devalue the very people we are trying to help.
So we can Conclude " Though technology grows in a rapid manner, at last humans are the ones to control AI", They can't replace Humans.
