B.Tech. and 5-Year Integrated M.Tech. Programs

Admissions are offered under two streams:

Stream 1 (70% of seats):

• Based on JEE (Main) scores and normalized Class XII marks

• Weightage: 25% JEE (Main) + 75% Class XII

• Example: If JEE score is 185 and Class XII marks are 95%, combined score = (0.25 × 185) + (0.75 × 95) = 117.5

Seat Allocation within Stream 1:

• 20% reserved for students from Trichy and Thanjavur (completed Class X & XII there)

• 50% for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry students

• 30% for students from other states

Stream 2 (30% of seats):

• Based only on normalized Class XII marks

• Normalization Example: If top board score is 97% and a student scored 90%, normalized = (90 / 97) × 100 = 92.78

Law Programs (5-Year Integrated LL.B.)
