From Humble Beginnings to Global Success

Hello everyone,
This is A.Surya Praneeth. I have gone through this wonderful story which totally changed my perspective towards success. This is the story of a man who believed in himself despite being poor and hardly any education. Go through this wonderful read. Hope it will change your perspective too.

The story
He was born in a small farming village in Japan. His family was poor, they all lived in a small house with a very little amount of money. When he was only 9 years old he dropped out of school and started working in a small shop to help his father. He used to wake up early in the morning, clean the store, run errands, and look after the children of the shopkeeper. After many years destiny showed him a new path. He got a job in an electricity company. There he got attracted to light bulbs and sockets. Every night he started learning about those sockets and started experimenting on his own. One day he built an improved version of a light socket all by himself. He got excited and showed that to his boss, to his surprise his boss didn't like that and discouraged him that such a socket doesn't work at all. Even though he was rejected, he believed in his idea. He wanted to do something own and to start his own company. He shared his idea with his friends but they replied that he couldn't do that. He can't leave his permanent job to start his own company. He has no experience, no money, and hardly any education. Still, he believed in himself. When he turned 22 years old he made a decision. He left his stable job and started a small manufacturing company. He and his wife started manufacturing sockets in their small house. They both went door to door selling them. But no shop owner was interested in their sockets. They did not get any orders. Several months passed but they were unable to send their products. He sold his furniture to get some money to survive a little longer. Many times he thought of returning to his job and giving up his dream. He has some hope that he may receive some orders, but as usual, he gets nothing. Then came a time when he was completely Bankrupt and just when he was closest to giving up his dream that's when a "MIRACLE" happened in his life, Out of nowhere he got his first major order of 1000 pieces(sockets). After 100 years after that first major order, his company got more than 2,50,000 employees and annual sales of more than $60 billion. His company products are now sold across the world. All this was possible by one single man with no education and money. All he had was belief in himself. His name is Konosuke Matsushita. The company he started in one small house is now known to the world as "PANASONIC".

Conclusion
Success is not dependent on how much money you have and how educated you are. Success is about believing in yourself. Just believe in yourself when no one else does. Survive when others are trying to give up and just keep hustling until that one miracle happens in your life which will change your life forever.
