Textbooks and assignments are helpfull for students to develop their concepts.....

Ai plays vital role in learning and Lear ing .we can save time....in less time we can gather our materials...to teach ..

Describe your strategies for motivating and engaging students in learning.

Motivation is very important to build and improve confidence in students iif they were in depression.... Success and failures are parts of life but not heart of our life...

How do you support students with different learning styles and abilities?

Besides classroom teaching we should tel some inspirational stories to students... such as histories of famous scientists of the world....how they overcome their difficulties...and how they succeed in their lives....

What are the flaws in our present education system in India and what are your suggestions to improve it?

Besides teaching textbook knowledge ..practical based and activity based learning is very helpful to improve the students.... By conducting quiz compilation among students we can develop the competitive spirit..in stunts....
