What instructional materials and resources do you use to enhance student learning (e.g., textbooks, technology, activities)?

Selina,Ratna Sagar , Pradeep Publisher etc.

In your opinion how AI(artificial intelligence) is going to help Teachers in making learning a more effective.

Definitely it is advance mode of teaching... But One to One, eye contact ,non virtual Teaching is always preferred. Teachers to be update and inculcate Technology..

Describe your strategies for motivating and engaging students in learning.

Apart from Academic Teaching... Iam an Art of Living Happiness Teacher of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar..... and i completed my specialization in Forensic Psychology in AU... I will use meditation, emphatic approach to students and live examples of subject in Day to Day life...

How do you support students with different learning styles and abilities?

Explanation of Concept and application in day to day life, Testing their skills,memory and knowledge to invidual approach..

What are the flaws in our present education system in India and what are your suggestions to improve it?

Examination System.. Self, formative assessments etc.. are not sufficient.... Especially in school Teaching methods with practical approach is missing. students are only considering as a rank achievers. Student missed basic concepts in pandaemic... Boards reduced the syllabus,but it's not resolve the problem..... Students to be trained with fundamentals....
