My teaching style incorporates humor, relatable examples, and a mix of Hindi and English to connect with students at all levels.

Textbooks and digital board.

In your opinion how AI(artificial intelligence) is going to help Teachers in making learning a more effective.

AI tools can assist teachers in creating better educational content, such as auto-generating quizzes, developing personalized study guides, or even suggesting new teaching strategies. This reduces the workload on teachers and allows them to focus on delivering quality instruction.

Describe your strategies for motivating and engaging students in learning.

I make abstract concepts more relatable by using practical examples that align with the students' everyday experiences. This approach helps diverse learners grasp difficult ideas by connecting them to situations they can visualize or experience.

What are the flaws in our present education system in India and what are your suggestions to improve it?

The curriculum is often heavily academic and theoretical, with limited focus on developing practical, vocational, or life skills that are necessary for employability and personal growth.
