My first preference making them thoroughly understanding text book and next preference for additional material and model papers.

It's play important role like giving additional information it can conduct some model test, when they utilise it properly.

Be friendly, approachable, and supportive. Use interactive and hands-on activities. Help students set achievable goals and track progress. Connect learning to real-life scenarios. Recognize and reward effort, not just talent.

I should focus on every one in the class room. But a little bit more on slow learners. My strategy on slow learners Teach-Test-ReTeach-Retest.

All students are not with equal talent some students are good with practical knowledge and some students are good with theory. So must test them in both with equal percentage of marks. So with this it may possible to void byhearting concept at school level. It just my opinion.
