What are your primary teaching methods (e.g., lecture, discussion, project-based learning, etc.)? How do you combine these methods to create an effective learning environment?
My primary teaching method is lecture and discussion And I will be combine lecture + demonstration method for by which two way communication create between me and student.
What instructional materials and resources do you use to enhance student learning (e.g., textbooks, technology, activities)?
2. I use textbooks and practical learning in lab
In your opinion how AI(artificial intelligence) is going to help Teachers in making learning a more effective.
More useful like ppt and videos.
Describe your strategies for motivating and engaging students in learning.
I used to motivation session in between lecture like telling stories of great man ... And struglling stories.
How do you support students with different learning styles and abilities?
I support the students by different learning styles...like easy way of communication , by practicals , through gaming techniques.
What are the flaws in our present education system in India and what are your suggestions to improve it?
My suggestion for education system is .... Not force to students for continue study .. Need to describe them advantage of study and time to time be frank with students thus they tell about their problems and obstacles ... Be friendly with students.
