What are your primary teaching methods (e.g., lecture, discussion, project-based learning, etc.)? How do you combine these methods to create an effective learning environment?

First of all I will deliver the lecture, then I will show them practically and they will actively participate by their won to get more knowledge about that topic. On the basis of the lecture I will engage them for the pear group discussion and then I will conduct debate competition between the pear groups.

What instructional materials and resources do you use to enhance student learning (e.g., textbooks, technology, activities)?

I require smart board with good internet connection, topic based working models, I want substances are used in daily life based on the topic.

In your opinion how AI(artificial intelligence) is going to help Teachers in making learning a more effective.

Yes definitely AI is a good options as a helper for teachers.

Describe your strategies for motivating and engaging students in learning.

At first we have to I dentify the interest of the students. Then we will guide them on that field by informing the scopes of that perticular field.

How do you support students with different learning styles and abilities?

We will guide them in a such a way that they will feel great.. We will make them feel that we are the intimate friends of them.. After that we will teach them in our free period.

What are the flaws in our present education system in India and what are your suggestions to improve it?

We must incorporate the NEP 2020 in our education system
