What are your primary teaching methods (e.g., lecture, discussion, project-based learning, etc.)? How do you combine these methods to create an effective learning environment?

Before going to lecture first discussion about the topic will be given and then project based learning that means show the experiment and again conclude that process till they are clear.

What instructional materials and resources do you use to enhance student learning (e.g., textbooks, technology, activities)?

First preference Class notes given by me,next Text book And then Technology based.

In your opinion how AI(artificial intelligence) is going to help Teachers in making learning a more effective.

It is useful to help the teachers to next level and advanced research.This information will be given to the students for their needs.

Describe your strategies for motivating and engaging students in learning.

While doing their activities for the subject first we sit around them and clear their questions need of urgently.Then only they feel happy around that.

How do you support students with different learning styles and abilities?

This is very important for students based on their mental health the thinking is different for different students so based on students we can go around it.

What are the flaws in our present education system in India and what are your suggestions to improve it?

In present system there are so many problems are there in the system. But in this present students are just coming to college not for their commitment some of them are for enjoying and some more are for studies and along with this the association environment is also important. To improve them first in what way we want to grow for the future of the students first discussion with them by the parents then they will improve and own mind will act in that person mind for the better future.
