Project -based learning
What instructional materials and resources do you use to enhance student learning (e.g., textbooks, technology, activities)?
Textbooks along with real life examples and activities.
In your opinion how AI(artificial intelligence) is going to help Teachers in making learning a more effective.
AI can help teacher's to improve students interaction and improve critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Describe your strategies for motivating and engaging students in learning.
I will strengthen the students for self motivation and make them to work hard for their success.
How do you support students with different learning styles and abilities?
Active learning technique can help students discover their learning style and shape their character.
What are the flaws in our present education system in India and what are your suggestions to improve it?
Rote learning is the main flaw of the education system because it make the students difficult to apply their learning in real life.So,I will encourage students to learn with activity based along with real life examples.
