How do you support students with different learning styles and abilities?
1. *Visual*: Use pictures, videos, and diagrams. 2. *Auditory*: Explain things out loud, use audio recordings. 3. *Hands-on*: Provide activities, experiments, and hands-on materials. 4. *Writing*: Encourage note-taking, writing, and drawing.
What are the flaws in our present education system in India and what are your suggestions to improve it?
1. Too much focus on memorizing, not understanding. 2. Not enough practical skills training. 3. Poor school infrastructure and resources.
