I use Animations related to the topic, Using of smart board while teaching, PowerPoint presentations, Simulations,No cost low cost materials such as usage of household items to teach the concepts of mathematics.

It will be helpful in providing examples,For preparation of lesson plans,For preparation question papers, conducting of mock tests.

I motivate students according to their age ,need , interests,likes by Narrating a story through which they can learn something new in an interesting Manner.I will pose a situation in which they can discuss among themselves and come to a conclusion.

Taking extra care and providing more support by positive reinforcement.

Still so many students due to the environment where they are nurturing they don't know the value and power of education as a teacher we should first explain what is the importance of education and then character formation is most important thing.
