In your opinion how AI(artificial intelligence) is going to help Teachers in making learning a more effective.

No one can replace a teacher live teaching . AI technology may added to teacher to utilise technology to reach out all students with more current related events

Describe your strategies for motivating and engaging students in learning.

Need is the mother of invention. When the students able to understand the need of that particular topic to learn then the class is live class with interactive section manner. I love this teaching method to use in my class to make it more effective learning

How do you support students with different learning styles and abilities?

Personal case study of a student helps me to deal and design with the student

What are the flaws in our present education system in India and what are your suggestions to improve it?

Giving equal importance to all subjects including physical education is important. Freedom of learning and right of safety ,right to provide nitrous diet ,right to education is very important. Language barriers to be broken to make the student to understand the context . Trying to be given in holidays not in working days.
