  • Students should practice maximum numerical from these topics.

ORGANIC CHEMISTRY:

  • General organic chemistry, Alkenes, Benzene, Carbonyl Compounds, and Organic compounds with Nitrogen are important topics.
  • Students must practice Reaction mechanism, reagents and name reactions regularly.
  • Acidic and Basic strengths of Compounds are regularly asked.

INORGANIC CHEMISTRY:

  • P block elements, metallurgy, d & f block elements Complex Compounds are very important topics.
  • Students should make proper plan to read inorganic chemistry regularly.

Direct Questions from NCERT book is asked for the topics. Students must prepare these topics directly from the books.

  • During revision it is highly useful

HOW TO PRACTICE:

  • Make a fixed time table and study regularly.
  • After preparing each topic from text book and notes practice large number of numericals especially in physical chemistry.
  • Prepare charts of formulas in physical and reagents in organic chemistry and practice them regularly.
  • At the end of each topic do not forget to practice questions asked in previous mains papers.
  • This will improve your skills and develop your approach to handle a question.
  • It also helps you to know the latest trend and complexity of a questions based on a given concept.
