Is it true that women are better managers than men?

Title:is it true that women are better managers than men?

Hello everyone!!!! I am Kolli Deepika(21KD1A0476) from lendi Institute institute of engineering and Technology. Below are some of my thoughts regarding the topic.
There is a saying that states, men change the world, while women improve it and Art of management is a gift to women by nature.
Women are more patient and cool while making decisions. It’s because of the way women they are raised and their inheritance.Generally, women manage their work at home as well as at the office. Hence they are called as multitaskers.Women are more flexible and can adapt to any situation or trauma . It’s because they are taught from childhood to adjust to any situations and circumstances.
They are good time managers.Now-a-days Women manage work and home, they can prioritize their time well.In general, women are better listeners and give importance to minute details too at work which makes them ore perfecct towrads their work.Often they have logical minds, they are punctual and are dedicated to their work. These inbuilt qualities make them better managers than men.
Men just think in one criteria whereas,a women will try to think in every angle and make a perfect decision accordingly..As women are emotionally strong even if they are not physically strong they are more patient while making decisions and they are more eager to learn and more consistent towards their goals
Women are born as managers example like reference to the mother she completes all the works house works(cleaning, cooking,...) Take care of the children what are the needs for them, taking Care of the family like that.
They are well patient and has good sense of understanding and they have the ability to prevent and sense the things which are going to be in a wrong mannerThey understands the people mindset and reacts according to that
They make effective communication.Women are great listeners and communicators.Women work well under pressure

In conclusion, No one can definitively answer but the thing as compared to men since they have a lot of patience and time managing skills they are better as compared to men but men traditionally as a leadership quality which empathize them to be in good position.Rather being determined by gender lets see the best in everyone.
