What are your primary teaching methods (e.g., lecture, discussion, project-based learning, etc.)? How do you combine these methods to create an effective learning environment?

Types of teaching methods include : 1.differentiated instruction •Provide books or other materials at different reading levels. • Host small groups to provide tailored advice to students. • Discuss student progress and at-home educational strategies with parents. •Measure progress in different ways, through projects, portfolios and participation. 2.lecture-based instruction •Keep lessons brief •Allow time for questions •Use visual cues •Promote handwritten notes 3.technology-based learning • Virtual classrooms using video conferencing software can be a great way to provide education remotely. This can be especially helpful for students with disabilities who may have difficulties focusing in a physical classroom environment. 4.group learning, 5. individual learning, 6. inquiry-based learning, 7.kinesthetic learning •Drawing 8• game-based learning and expeditionary learning.

What instructional materials and resources do you use to enhance student learning (e.g., textbooks, technology, activities)?

•Traditional resources: Textbooks, reference books, lesson plans, workbooks, flashcards, charts and supplemental reading materials •Graphic and interactive materials: Physical objects, photographs, illustrations, charts, graphs, maps, multimedia, movies and games. •Presentation items: Lecture notes, slideshow applications and interactive presentation software like Prezi, Pear Deck and Canva. •Tests and assessments: Classroom assignments, quizzes, essays, standardized tests and group projects.

In your opinion how AI(artificial intelligence) is going to help Teachers in making learning a more effective.

We’re still learning how AI technologies will integrate into the education sector as they develop, and we don’t yet have a full picture of how AI will affect critical issues of ethics, equity and data safety. However, we’ve already pinpointed several key uses for artificial intelligence in education, including the following. •AI-Powered Educational Games •Adaptive Learning Platforms •Automated Grading and •Feedback Systems •Chatbots for Student Support •intelligent Tutoring Systems

Describe your strategies for motivating and engaging students in learning.

•Become a role model for student interest. •Display a strong interest in students’ learning and a faith in their abilities. •Using examples freely •Using a variety of student-active teaching activities. •Place appropriate emphasis on testing and grading. •Be free with praise and constructive in criticism.

How do you support students with different learning styles and abilities?

•break learning into small steps •administer probes •supply regular, quality feedback •use diagrams, graphics and pictures to augment what they say in words •provide ample independent, well-designed intensive practice;

What are the flaws in our present education system in India and what are your suggestions to improve it?

•High academic pressure and stress for students •There is no space for creative learning and thinking and students are always bound to a specific syllabus and are not really encouraged to go out and about their seems. •Inadequate funding •unequal access to education
