Lecture followed by discussion, making the students to search for new methods of solving problems for IIT JEE preparation

First making them thoroughly understanding text books and amalgamating technology

It will certainly helpful in making the students to get mastery over the concept

As soon as I enter the classroom I will make students to be attentive to the teacher. By revising yesterday’s lesson for few minutes students will get connectivity to the topic. By asking questions randomly I will check whether the students gone through yesterday’s lesson or not. At this stage students will be automatically motivated towards doing work at home. We should make the students to realise the importance of disciplined work and its necessity in moulding his future bright. We should also motivate the students to only utilise the technology but not to misuse it.

Giving more concern to the students with slow learning by repeating the topic slowly to reach the students

Students are lagging behind in understanding the concept. Examination system is to be changed in such a way that byhearting is avoided, questions in the exam should be concept based. Systems should be developed to improve the students skills.
