Being a language teacher Mostly my method of teaching will be discussion method. I make students to be attentive and involved. I strongly believe in experiential learning. Indulging students in various activities in the classroom makes familiar with the content. Digital infrastructure usage is added advantage. I often go to flip classroom, group collaboration, roleplay, game based learning and project based learning keep them comfortable and to be active enthusiastically.

Throughout my career as a teacher I provide topic wise extra notes. Grammar videos make students to involve actively. GK type MCQs make the subject easier. Visual and audiovisual material helps me to make the class successful.

In school level I believe AI plays a prominent role during AI application. In the language class AI helps them to make descriptive answers more informative. AI helps in solving mathematical equations, literature, essay writing, letter writing. AI enhances analytical thinking among students, through which creativity can be escalated.

During language teaching class should be more energetic. Each class should be inspirational. By giving examples of freedom fighters, successful personalities and mythological stories make the class more interesting. Through this method I make them to be clear about objectives, responsibilities.

I believe when we keep students happy they start learning. In modern education system I teach I a friendly environment. Addressing students difficulties both in learning and personal issues. Mostly my teaching style of teaching is appreciating them in public and correcting in private. Need to deal kids with individual strategy.

Infrastructure development in schools Training programs for teachers, students and parents periodically Need to monitor Government and private schools regularly Students-teacher ratio should be minimized and strictly monitored Indian education system should be implemented not the western We should create job providers not job seekers. Experiential learning needs to be implemented. Multi disciplinary education system is the need of the country today
